Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Regulatory & Compliance responsible for overseeing, implementation and development of strategies for quality assurance and compliance of the company, ensure that the company complies with all laws and regulations, responsible for providing analysis and advice on operational policy development.
- Conduct identification on potential area to develop the policy and procedure in the organization.
- Assist all organization function in developing internal policy and technical procedure (SOP)
- Conduct monitoring towards all policy and procedure in the organization.
- Conduct the risk management process, such as risk identification, risk measurement, risk monitoring, and risk control/mitigation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience as a Head or Manager of Compliance of Koperasi is more preferable.
