Loan Packaging
- Receive loan information from credit support staff
- Data entry deal information into Podium CRM & ApplyOnline
- Generate Lenders’ application forms/lodgement documents for signing
- Generate required compliance documents o Compile and upload supporting documents
- Request upfront valuations and special pricing requests
- Prepare FHOG and Discharge Authority forms
- Complete checklists & ApplyOnline verification ready for lodgement
Loan Tracking
- Confirm lodgement pack has been received by lender & record reference number o
- Call lenders & review lender portals for loan updates
- Review lender credit conditions & work with credit support to resolve
- Follow up Conditional & Formal Approvals
- Follow-up valuation has been ordered & completed
- Follow-up FHOG & Discharge Authority forms
- Follow-up mortgage documents
- Update Podium CRM workflow & notes
- Complete settlement checklists
- Complete file review checklist
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience in the following Software Systems : EziDox, ApplyOnline, Podium, One-span, Salesforce, Online Fact Find, Bank Statements / Illion
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estae/Broker/Mortgage or equivalent
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Amenable to work in BGC Taguig - Dayshift Schedule 6AM-3PM
