Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Outsources new vendors/suppliers for better quality products, items and prices;
- Evaluates the documents/quotations submitted for accreditation purposes (quality vs price);
- Obtains at least three quotations and negotiate with vendors for best prices, deals, discounts, and payment terms;
- Ensures prompt and accurate delivery of materials;
- Ensures that all supplier and vendor contracts are approved by the Managing Director and/or Director before execution;
- Supervises necessary supply/equipment demos and distribute procured items;
- Prepares and updates master files, templates, forms and check list to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of the purchasing department;
- Develops, coordinates and implements systems, procedures and controls to ensure an effective centralised purchasing;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a background in accounting
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Demonstrates personal responsibility by adhering to the company’s business conduct and policies
