Promodizer/Brand Ambassador (Project-Based)

A Promodizer/Brand Ambassador demonstrates and provides information on products or services for various brands and/or companies. Main task is to present a particular product or explain how a specific service works to potential customers - aiming to convince them in availing the offered product or service.

Responsibilities:
-Acting as a primary customer-facing touch point for the introduction and clarification of services being offered
- Distributes product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities
-Responsible for safeguarding merchandise and the timely replenishment of products
-Providing fast, efficient and courteous service to clientele
-Ensuring the achievement of sales targets
-Prepares and coordinates accurate activity reports (customers’ interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc.) and concerns with the Manager
-Staying up-to-date with product or service features

1. With two to three-year experience as Brand Ambassador/Sales Officer in Cyberzone stores
2. Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course
3. Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English/Filipino)
4. Outgoing and with pleasing personality
5. Strong customer service, social and organizational skills
6. Able to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
7. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications
