Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications for open positions in the Philippines.
  2. Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, utilizing job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, assessing their skills, qualifications, and fit with the organization's culture.
  4. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the position, probing for relevant experience, skills, and motivation.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  6. Conduct reference checks and verify employment history of selected candidates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  7. Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation and acceptance process.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring status.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding.
  10. Stay informed about market trends and best practices in recruitment, recommending innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  11. Adhere to relevant employment laws and regulations in the Philippines throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance and ethical standards
  12. Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  13. Assist with the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, including conducting necessary paperwork, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating the completion of required forms
  14. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management processes, and training and development activities
  15. Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries and requests related to HR policies, procedures and programs.
  16. Participate in company activities (engagement and training)

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) in recruitment with a focus on the Philippines job market.
  • Experience in reale state or construction industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels for sourcing candidates.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
  • With experience in employee engagement activities and training
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough assessment of candidates' qualifications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process
