Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
- Monitor sales orders and supplier relations
- Compile reports and distribute them to relevant departments
- Attending to any correspondence and emails
- Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Assist in enforcing and creating important policies, planning, and strategy decisions
- Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Coordinating with Finance for budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Work with the team to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred
- Experience in a business work environment preferred
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- An eye for attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
- Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision
