Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Will be reponsible for answering calls and entertaining client's call
- Responsible for preparing documents needed of Sales personnel for bidding and accreditation
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Updates all contact information for clients
- Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing or any Business Course
- With atleast 1year experience in administration
- Computer literate
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
