Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Supervise the operational and fiscal activities of the Quality Assurance department.
Ensure direct reports meet targets, goals, and deliverables supporting operations and account wide call quality metrics for each line of business.
Utilize systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the quality of the department
Oversee all aspect of the delivery of quality related services keeping operations informed and engaged regarding training gaps and sharing best practices.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ECE, or any 4-year course;
2-3 years related experience as a QA Team Leader or Java Developer;
Skills in Automation, Selenium IDE and Webdriver;
Skills in Manual Testing , Functional Testing, Test scripts, Cases;
