Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Preparation of land development schedules and weekly project status reports
- Manpower and equipment work scheduling and forecasting
- Monitoring of work accomplishments
- Quality and quantity checking if the work is done according to the approved plan
- Perform elevation shots for drainage and roadwork
- Collaborate with management, project engineers and planning team in providing status updates, discussing game plans and addressing some plan revisions
- Other tasks necessary for land development that may be assigned by the Project Engineer
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferably with Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
- Relevant working experience in a real estate industry specializing in Land Development (roads, drainage, waterlines etc.) and Special Projects (fence, riprap, clubhouses, basketball court etc.) is REQUIRED
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Willing to accept provincial assignment (staff house will be provided)
