Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Attends to the clients’ (sellers, brokers & agents) concerns
- Receives & files documents needed in the purchase of lots
- Encodes and monitors necessary data
- Drafts and prepares legal documents like Deed of Absolute Sale, Secretary’s Certificate, Special Power of Attorney etc. necessary for payment of lots
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- At least 1-year solid working experience dealing personally with customers is required
- Basic knowledge about real estate documents (land titles, etc.) is a huge advantage
- Can converse confidently with sellers, brokers, and agents
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
