Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the operations officer in the implementation of company policies and coordinate with the company officers. Reports any violations of such.
- Provide daily security advisories to the operations officers and security head
- Assist the investigator in gathering evidence and witnesses in the event of unusual incident
- Liaises with LGU and PNP unit in case of fire, disorder and burglary
- Conduct site inspection to ensure security and safety of the entire premises
- Conduct audit to ensure the operational preparedness of the respective plantilla
- Responsible for the discipline and work performance of all security guards posted in AOR. Initiate evaluation and issue disciplinary action for any misdemeanor
- Inform the operations officer, PE/SE for any incident/accident that occurs in AOR involving security and safety in. Conduct initial investigation, prepare and submit reports for such.
- Maintain and submit weekly activity report, weekly activity plan and incident report (spot, progress and final report)
- Perform other tasks that the company officers may direct
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Criminology or equivalent courses
- Relevant working experience specializing in security services is Required
- With knowledge in developing and enforcing security rules and policies
- Can handle monitoring and supervision of sites’ security guards and operations
- Accepts on- call duties to respond to security incidents on sites
- Willing to do regular fieldwork in any of the company's project sites (Laguna/Cavite)
