Digital Marketing Consultant

We are a fast growing international promotional products company with head office based in Australia. Our clients include many of the Fortune 500 companies, and our product range contains more than 10,000 products.

What we are looking for:

The Digital Marketing Consultant is a key player who is a part of the APD Promotions’ Marketing Team. S/he reports directly to the Country Manager for daily operations, and is in charge of reporting to the Managing Director for strategic matters. S/he is tasked to perform the following activities, among others:

• Review and optimise our current adwords campaigns to drive high quality leads
• Develop a website traffic plan, and create goals and benchmarks to meet
• Plan and budget costs of paid ads in all platforms applicable
• Train staff in running, optimizing, and reporting ad campaigns for different platform
• Generate monthly reports on the performance of the company’s marketing campaigns
• Suggest improvements on the digital platforms of the company to effectively maximise valid opportunities
• Explore additional ad platforms applicable for the company to manage higher inflow of valid opportunities
• Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedure

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in the English language; both verbal and written.
• Excellent computer skills – Microsoft 365
• Understanding of basic manufacturing and logistical concepts.
• Outstanding customer service and conflict management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Tech-savvy, creative, resourceful; has strong leadership skills, and a results-oriented mindset; a self-starter.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of work experience in a marketing role within a product-oriented company.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

A college and masters degree and/or substantial professional training in one or more of the following, or closely-related areas:

• Marketing / Digital Marketing
• Business Administration
• Advertising

• Part time and Project based (4-5 hours per week)
