Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles and organize office equipment and properties.
- In charged of security measures for work and storage areas
- Coordinates, identify and administer access/use of ANC office equipment, supplies, and other properties
- Manages requisitions of office and supplies
- Evaluates and suggests policies of security measures for ANC work and storage areas, in coordination with company security officers/agents
- Supervise implementation of security measures for ANC work and storage areas, in coordination with company security officers/agents
- Acquire information from building administrators for any modifications or improvements in ANC work areas and for access/use of other company facilities
- Coordinates in making decisions for work orders such as repairs and maintenance of ANC property and equipment, and monitor all claims of repairs and maintenance work rendered on said properties.
- Coordinate with the deployment and directs and supervise janitorial and office utility personnel, including couriers assigned to ANC and to recommend disciplinary action against these workers when warranted.
- Supervise the work schedule of janitors and photocopiers, and monitor and ensure their compliance with performance standards and adopts such disciplinary actions as may be warranted.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Communication Arts, Liberal Arts, Business Administration, or any media-related courses.
- Should have superior presentation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge in Computer Technical Skills (ex. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must know how to organize and manage the supplies, repairs, and maintenance.
- Must have strong time management skills and willing to work long hours
- Must have strong business writing, needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing skills.
- Must be able to work with diverse set of people.

ANC, the ABS-CBN News Channel was originally established in 1996 as SNN, the Sarimanok News Network. SNN was the brainchild of the late Eugenio "Geny" Lopez Jr. who envisioned a TV station that would become the Filipinos' primary source of news and information. Geny believed that with SNN, he was bridging geographical gaps separating Filipinos or in his own words "building bridges on the air."
SNN began airing on SKY Cable Channel 21 on May 1, 1996. Back then the channel served viewers the top stories of the day via two major newscasts - Dateline Philippines and Primetime News while short news advisories aired throughout the day.
To enhance its resources and strengthen its position as THE news channel for Filipinos, SNN in 1998 joined forces with SKY Cable News, another Lopez-owned channel that specialized in business news reporting. The merger of the two stations paved the way for the formation of the Philippines' first, 24/7 news and current affairs channel offering the latest in domestic and international news, business information, sports and weather updates and lifestyle features. In 1999 the station changed its name to ANC, the ABS-CBN News Channel.
Today ANC has firmly established its identity as an accurate and unbiased source of information and the go-to station for breaking news, wall-to-wall live news coverage and analysis with context.
