Guest Relations
- Acts as the company’s representative during government mandated site visits and ensures availability of licenses, permits and other documents needed during site inspection
Office Administration/Management
- Ensures all site equipment and facilities are in good working order
- Endorses to Facilities Lead all fixtures and equipment in need of maintenance
Fleet Administration
- Ensures all company owned vehicles are in good working order
- Endorses to Facilities Lead all vehicles in need of maintenance
Asset and Supplies Requisition
- Maintains inventory record of all assets in the facility
- Coordinates with Finance & Purchasing all office supplies requirement
- Monitors and reviews Admin and Facilities related purchase requests and budget availability
Accounts Payable Management
- Monitors and reviews Admin and Facilities related payment requests and budget availability
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Office Management/Business Studies/Administration, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
- Must have a pleasing personality and the capacity to deal with different kinds of people.
- Experience in handling corporate admin functions and facilities management is a plus
- Amenable to be assigned in Circuit, Makati office
