A new opening for Healthcare Inside Sales is now available as part of our continued growth plans in the Western United States.

The Healthcare Inside Sales Executive will primarily be involved in business development and establishing new business relationships with healthcare companies (hospitals and clinics) looking for temporary and permanent staff.

The Healthcare Inside Sales Executive Recruiter will consult primarily at the Management and Advanced Practice level across a large territory.

The Management Sales Recruiter will lead multiple talent searches for hard to fill job vacancies throughout California and western states. Recruiter must have a competitive eye for talent and be skilled at identifying leaders in the field. The Healthcare Recruiter will build relationships and provide clients with full cycle recruiting efforts.

In this full cycle recruiting and business development role, the Recruiter will be responsible for new business development, management of existing accounts, marketing / advertising, recruiting and client consulting.
