Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Creates and posts job openings to different job adverstising sites.
- Source and screen applicants thru phone call/video call interview.
- Conduct background checks if necesssary.
- Ensures that all pre-employment requirements of new hires are complete and submitted on time.
- Creates and manages 201 files of employees.
- Monitors and distributes performance evaluation of employees to different Department Heads in a timely manner for proper monitoring of employment status.
- Conducts new employee orientation to new hires.
- Handles the intership program of Balesin and other related issues that may arise.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
