Project Manager  

To oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of the project.

• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management an create a detailed work plan.
• Determine the resources required to complete the project and develop a schedule for completion that effectively allocates resources.
• Recruit, interview and select individuals with appropriate skills for the project
• Execute the project according to the plan and make adjustments as
• necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the required standards.
• Write reports for management and ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date – cost tracking reports.
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed for the smooth and continued operation of the project.

• Must be a Licensed Engineer (Civil, Mechanical or Structural)
• Must be willing to set up his own team
• With significant experience in constructing chemical plants
• Must have excellent leadership skill
• Knowledgeable in feasibility studies, master planning, infrastructure planning, project financing/ management, construction management, integrated engineering, procurement & construction, as well as environmental impact assessment
