Head of Strategy  

What you will do with us:

• As Head of Strategy, your task is to support the CEO to run the business in the most effective ways possible.
• You will be responsible for:
• Strategic project management by working on multiple project across department such as long-term project or taking control urgent issues faced by the company
• Organizes and prioritizes critical issues for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making
• Supporting the work of the CEO by trying to resolve problems that don’t need a lot of his/her attention
• Ensuring various department are working collaboratively by making connections that otherwise would not be made What we are looking for

• Fundamentals of business and sound knowledge of how companies operated especially in tech/digital/start-up companies, with 3 to 7 years experiences in consulting would be an ideal
• Comprehensive knowledge of the overall department function
• Ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines
• Interpersonal and influencing skills
• Problem-solving and active listening
• Out of the box thinker and great communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
