- Creates a comprehensive and sustainable employee communication and engagement program.
- Counsels, Recommends and Provides assistance to line managers in the implementation of the Code of Discipline in the organization.
- Identifies and addresses issues and solutions related to employee engagement.
- Performs other tasks assigned by management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Solid background on Phils. labor laws and social legislations.
- Creative, confident and open-minded.
- Semicon or Mfng. experience, an advantage.
- Familiar in spearheading engagement programs and activities.
- Good English oral and written communication skills.
