Education Sales Consultant  

Placement : WFH/WFA/Remote

Main Job :

• Conduct Trial Class/Demo Class for a kid and their parent
• Selling Algorithmics courses
• Follow up clients after Trial Class if the negotiation have not yielded results

Working Days :

• 5 days/week (Ability to commit with Day Off on Weekdays is a plus)
• Must be able to work on Weekends (Fully is a plus)
• Must be able to take the minimum number of trial class as per Company rules

Working Hours :

• 8 hours/day (7 hours of work and 1 hour of break time)
• We have slots recommendation, you may choose your own start work time and end work time within this hour range :
  • Weekdays : 2 PM - 10 PM in Western Indonesia Time
  • Weekends : 9 AM - 10 PM in Western Indonesia Time

Experiences :

• Have experience in sales (B2C/B2B), B2C is a plus
• Have experience in teaching/coaching/mentoring/presenting a product, especially for Kids is a plus
• Have experience in Coding/Programming especially Python and Scratch is a plus

Qualifications :

• Have personal laptop/PC/Computer
• Have microphone and camera of laptop or external in good conditions
• Have good internet connection
• Have ability to communicate with the kid well
• Have a good skills to convincing, negotiation, work with client’s doubt and objection, etc
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
