Management Trainee | Sales  

Permanent work from home

Part-time allowed (2-4 hrs a day)

Commission-based while not yet promoted as sales manager. That means while training to be a manager, your income as part-time management trainee will be based on your sales first like a financial consultant.

Earn 20k - 180k extra income

• Will be trained to develop skills on public speaking for conducting seminars and trainings.
• Attends trainings for handling personal finance, protection product design and people management.
• Reports directly to the manager for Team Progress Reports and Performance.
• Handles clients for servicing and new businesses.
• Joins events for Lead Generation, Financial Seminars, and for Corporate Offerings.
• Responsible for sourcing, selecting, and guiding their personal team to perform and achieve.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Must have a desire for personal and professional growth
• Must be a graduate of at least any 4 year course
• Must be a team player
• Atleast 1 year sales experience or business experience is an advantage
• Knows Digital Marketing is an advantage
• Has excellent communication skills
• Has very good people skills
• Must have a pleasing personality and resides in Metro Manila and nearby areas
• Willing to work in Makati
