Senior/Junior Research Analyst

The Market & Competitive Intelligence Team plays a vital role in supplying valuable insights and delivering actionable intelligence to support our clients’ global recruitment strategies. The focus of this role is to support the business by providing excellent research output. As an experienced Research Analyst, you will be responsible for opening new research channels and driving innovation.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external clients) to clearly understand requirements and research problem
• Assist with the design, the overall methodology, and data presentation plan
• Plan and execute the timely initiation and completion of projects
• Conduct strategic market and competitive intelligence research utilizing valid and corroborated primary and/or secondary sources
• Analyze gathered information to generate insights and formulate conclusions/implications/recommendations that will enable end-users to make informed decisions and formulate action plans in accordance with market and competitor developments
• Effectively communicate findings, insights, and analysis through coherent presentation decks, white papers and/or other report formats that may be specified by the client/stakeholder
• Establish and develop relationships with internal and external sources
• Build industry and market expertise
• Understand and disseminate critical information to affected stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Experience in business research/market intelligence/competitive intelligence
• Extensive experience writing reports and data analysis
• Experience of directly engaging with end-clients
• Good written and spoken English language skills plus other languages as appropriate to the client-specific requirements
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
