Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Assist bookkeeper in general bookkeeping responsibilities including but not limited to:

Data entry into Quickbooks
Recordkeeping and file management
Account reconciliations
Accounts payables
Accounts receivables
Written and verbal correspondence/communication with suppliers, employees, as needed for timekeeping purposes.
Expense report process
Other duties may be assigned from time to time
Able to work this coming Chinese New Year weekend

Kualifikasi Minimum

Required Major: Accounting, or any business-related major
Students must maintain at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
Strong communication skills.
