Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist account managers and client services with encoding and filing tasks for clients.
- Coordinate with client services and account managers for necessary tasks to be done.
- Take charge of other admin-related tasks; faxing, scheduling, emailing, etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Business related courses or Philippine Licensed Nurse
- With one-year call center work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Office applications and Adobe)
- Typing speed of 30 wpm
- Ability to work in a start-up environment
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work a night shift
