- Salary Structuring
- HR Policies and Manual creation
- ISO Audits
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be discrete and ethical;
- Leadership skills and experience; with track record for efficient management;
- Notable negotiation skills;
- Can handle teams, performance, and conflicts;
- Must be a team-player.
