Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles case management for US clients.
- Drives performance of nurses with NCLEX licenses, responsible for case management for patients all over the US.
- Checks quality of case management work and takes measures to improves processes.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A US Registered Nurse with active License
- Should have at least 1 year hospital experience
- SME, Quality Analyst or Team lead in BPO industry
- Must have an experience in case management and/or UM case prep
- Must be subject matter expert and checks quality of case management provided to clients.
- Must have management experience in health BPOs.
- Must have NCLEX license.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
