Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Lead UX / UI Designer will have full responsibility for creating the design specifications for any interface to the our clients. The role will have a primary focus on creating, improving, and overseeing the implementation the Aleph companion mobile app for iOS and Android. In addition, the Lead UX / UI Designer will have direct input and responsibility for design related to web, packaging, display, and product. If you get pumped up by creating beautiful and effortlessly functional design used by tens of thousands of people across the world, then this is the position for you.
- Create and deliver various designs for mobile, web, and print mediums.
- Utilize UX research strategies and frameworks to make decisions about design (Information Architecture, Wireframing, User Testing, etc.).
- Collaborate with the development team to deliver clear and design specifications.
- Take a leadership role within the team overseeing and managing the development of the mobile app.
- Cultivate a compelling brand voice for Aleph.
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, clients feedback, and usability findings.
- Recognize and predict use cases and user interaction.
- Design intuitive applications to support them.
- Stay abreast of UI/UX trends, as well as corporate and industry standards looking for creative ideas
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 7 years as a Visual Designer.
- At least 2 of those years involved in UI design work.
- Experienced with:
- Wireframing, prototyping, and specification delivery tools and processes.
- UI/UX tools such as Axure, Mockplus, JustInMind, InVision, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Agile development process.
- Basic comprehension of information design, general understanding of HTML, capabilities of browsers, and design constraints on the Web and Mobile environments.
- Experience and a demonstrated knowledge of designing for iOS and Android mobile app interfaces.
- Explores and continually gains expertise in the growing list of design tools in the digital environment.
- Skilled in design software with superior skills Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and solid skills.
- Able to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs and ideas from multiple stakeholders with differing opinions.
- Creative thinker who likes to get their hands dirty, can effectively innovate big ideas and also execute on the details.
- A passion for good design and innovation.
- Portfolio showing your UI and UX skills is required.
