Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As part of the business set-up compliance and consulting team you will provide the following services:
- Preparation and filing of General Information Sheet (GIS)
- Update of stock and transfer book
- Preparation of Secretary Certificates, Stock Certificates, Incumbency Certificates, Affidavits and Power of Attorney
- Corporate secretarial/Resident agent services
- Oversee the progress of clients' company registration with government authorities like Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), municipality where the business is located, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Social Security System (SSS), Pag-ibig Fund, and Philippine Health Insurance Company.
- Registration with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
- Application of tax incentives and exemption with the Board of Investment (BOI)
- Application for tax incentives and exemption with Philippine Export Processing Zone Authority (PEZA)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Bachelor of Law.
- One to two years of relevant experience with prior hands-on experience and specific training in SEC reporting and other business set-up compliances is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are still encouraged to apply.
- With experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with competing demands on time.
- Ability to work independently on own initiative with minimal guidance.
- Ability to prepare secretary certificates, incumbency certificates, affidavits, and powers of attorney.
- Quality commitment and willingness to work in a team environment with total customer focus.
- Preferably female.
