Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, organize and coordinate operational activities and preparation of landscape construction plans, specifications, and estimates review to support design department in meeting their target
- Schedule work assignment by setting priorities
- Review and make recommendation concerning landscape architecture and design
- Intrepret landscape plans, specifications, and codes related to work
- Prepare design of development plans, permit application documents and environmental impact statement and reclamation plan.
- Review and check shop drawings for correctness and comformity with apporved plans and specifications.
- Check the preparations of design changes and revisions to construction plan.

Establish administrative procedure and regulation to support historical and information updates regarding landscape progress
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 5 years of post graduate professional experience of which 3 will have been in a similar senior position within the consultancy/construction industry
- Knowledge of ecological principles and their relationship to environmental planning and design
- Knowledge of costs and uses of construction materials used in landscape design
- Knowledge of survey methods and remote sensing method and equipment
- Knowledge of inspection techniques and procedures.
- Knowledge of topographical mapping.
- Knowledge of plant specifies and its characteristics
- Excellent Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excell, Microsoft Project)
- Proficient in computer programs (MS Office, AutoCad 2D/3D, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, sketch up)
- English proficiency, both oral and written
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
