Sales and Marketing Supervisor  

Agos Boracay Rooms + Beds is looking for a highly-creative Sales and Marketing Supervisor that will be responsible for maximizing the hotel’s revenue by developing programs to promote the hotel, to increase occupancy and to make profitable use of its accommodation. The Sales & Marketing Supervisor is challenged to plan and run effective marketing campaigns across different platforms to meet the goals and objectives of the hotel.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate strategic sales and marketing activities to maximize profit potential.
• Manage sales & marketing campaigns in terms of achieving KPI’s and meeting quotas.
• Deliver excellent sales service and promotes company’s hotel brands to existing and potential clients.
• Develop action plans and set weekly, monthly & quarterly sales & marketing objectives.
• Implement correct pricing strategies based on forecasting.
• Create effective marketing materials with a focus on Digital Advertising, SEO/SEM & SMM.
• Monitor the Hotel’s profile on various platforms and ensure the company is communicating the right messaging for a positive customer service experience.
• Manage the number and performance of third party and promotional websites and liaise with providers in ensuring optimization of the hotel’s online position.
• Identify opportunities by defining and analyzing the market, the industry and competitive landscape.
• Interact with guests to gain new insights and gather customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and oversee forecasts and budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions.
• Create weekly and monthly reports for submission to the Manager.
• Collaborate with other members of the hotel and oversee the Sales and Marketing team.
• Represent the hotel for all sales and marketing engagements.
• Perform other sales & marketing duties as requested accurately and on time.

- Minimum of five (5) years work experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing

- College graduate (Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Tourism)

- Thorough understanding of Digital Marketing

- Positive attitude, attention to detail and customer oriented with good multitasking skills

- Effective communication, guest relations, selling and negotiating skills.

- Self-motivated and ability to complete tasks in a timely and professional manner with minimal supervision.
