Responsibilities

• Lead a team that full of creative persons from various field of expertise.
• Be a facilitator and coordinator for the game development team and other parties from various divisions.
• Deliver games with excellent quality, on time and on budget.
• Establish schedules and tracking project milestones

Administrative Requirements

• Must not currently active in school or college
• Able to work full-time at Agate Studio HQ (Bandung, Indonesia)

Requirements

• A minimum 1 year of experience in game development.
• A gamer; your passion for videogames is what drove you to the industry
• Passion for creating and playing video games.
• Enjoy working in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to maintain and work within approval pipeline
• Able to execute production in a timely manner.
• Able to build and maintain professional relationships and communications with game development teams.
• Takes initiative to solve problems with clear communication.
• Capable to explore a wide variety of ideas that improve game experience.
• Highly motivated to improve yourself.

Pluses

• Has interest on game design or user experiences.
• Has a programming knowledge and understand algorithm.
• Active playing on various mobile games.
