Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The In-house Corporate Lawyer is responsible for all legal requriements of a business unit including but not limited to contract drafting, negotiations for land acquisitions or joint ventures or other deals, closing, regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Laws and must be a certified bar passer
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Has a good background in corporate law
- Structuring of Deals
- Contracts drafting
- Good communication and presentation skills
- We put high value in someone who has integrity, honesty and company loyalty with high moral value
- At least four (4) years of experience in corporate law and/or commercial law & labor law practice is a must.
