Roles and Responsibilities
- For targeted companies, identify the key executives who make outsourcing decisions. Obtain their name, phone numbers, email address, office address, city of residency, years in role, summary of background (education, companies worked for previously, etc.).
- Provide input on strategies on how to best be introduced to the company
- Identify key contacts within the company.
- Make the process efficient for bus dev leadership
- Schedule meeting times, for some not all
- Draft communications to these companies, working with Afni Marketing sometimes
- Maintain lead list
- Target company executives, etc.
- Update weekly
- Track actions taken, next steps, ownership, help manage the process
- Help coordinate city specific bus dev visits where we can meet with 2+ targets while in the same city, in person
Tools to use/a. internet, LinkedIn, Facebook, other
- Afni employees with prior experience at these targets
- External network
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Familiar with company organization structures
- Prior experience doing this role preferred for analyst level, but required for manager level
- Someone who is a go getter, self started, not a lot of direct oversight
- Has been working within the BPO industry
- Smart and resourceful.
