Your Role:

Successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s hybrid server/storage infrastructure and will be working closely with Pune and US team members for projects and implementations.

What you will do:

Manage large-scale enterprise server infrastructure using Windows-based operating systems in a 24x7 mission-critical production environment, ensuring hardware and software systems are administered efficiently.

Implement and enforce change management procedures, performing regular server/software maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring to meet service level targets.

Efficiently resolve server problems and outages, coordinating with internal/external vendors and clients according to documented escalation processes, while providing guidance to System Engineers on issue resolution.

Monitor current systems utilization, generate reports, and plan resource allocation to ensure server hardware and software systems can handle current and projected growth.

Evaluate, implement, and monitor server security tools and processes to prevent security breaches, ensuring the logical and physical soundness of company systems against all security threats. Additionally, design and recommend improvements to the existing infrastructure and architect server and storage infrastructure for enterprise deployments.

BS Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related computer course graduate.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ZScaler administration or equivalent, Crowdstrike Administration or equivalent, and Google Workspace Administration

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Active Directory Administration, Group Policies and OUs, and Windows Servers/Services

Project management experience in rolling out IT projects is an advantage.

Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, and should be amenable to working on a hybrid setup

Good to excellent written and oral English communication skills
