HR Benefits Associate | Reliever  

Job Description

This position is responsible for the day-to-day processing of employee benefit requirements, other benefits-related reports, and the accuracy of employee information on HRIS.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles processing of government mandated benefits under SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig
• Handles enrollment and updating of employee information to vendor partners for HMO, Mental Health, Life and Accident insurance benefit program
• Generates certificate of contributions and loan remittances to government offices upon employee request
• Collates generated government statutory report for review, and ensures submission and posting to government offices and other company partners on a timely manner
• Ensures accuracy of encoded employee information (especially government & Bank account numbers)
• Maintains and keeps employee records in 201 folders (physical and soft copy)

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or equivalent;
• Understanding of PH benefits administration and principles
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications and Google Workspace.
• Works well with ambiguity to come up with win-win solutions to best serve both stakeholders' expectations and organizational needs.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup
• This role is a temporary contract for 5 months
