Production Planner  

Under supervision, provides assistance to team leads/Specialist in the areas of production planning/scheduling, inventory, monitoring, expediting, data collection, and report/dashboard preparation; participates in planning projects that range from routine to moderately difficult; and performs related work as assigned.

• Generation and distribution of required reports for production performance/metrics (Volume, Quality, Delivery, Headcount, Seats, Attendance) and individual performance, as well as reports required by clients
• Generation and releasing of production plan, work, and delivery schedules conferring with immediate superior or concerned personnel to determine progress of work and delivery targets.
• Revise production schedules or plan when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions. Confer with immediate supervisor or concerned personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
• Ability to coordinate with Operations Managers / Team Leads in monitoring the production status and deliveries, and report requirements.
• Monitors late, aging ads, or open items. Provide information and report on missed/aging ads, delays in schedule, difficulties, and changes.
• Prepares and released regular Status Reports showing the comparison of actual against plan including the plan adjustments done, possible delays/issues and actions to be done
• Able to handle raw data and maintaining database in processing all required reports. Understanding of time and motion studies, lean principles and planning processes.
• Detailed oriented and the ability cross-checks data ensuring that reports/data released are always accurate.
• Acts as backup to PCS/Team Lead as required
• Delivers work and reports according to timelines, meeting tight deadlines
• Coordinates with other departments as needed.
• Requests assistance and guidance from the Planning and Control Analyst when necessary.
• Strictly observes and adheres to company confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement
• Abide by the company policies and rules and act in a professional manner.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

• Above average skills in computers and applications such as MS Office
• High level of skill in MS Excel is preferred
• Above average numerical ability
• Detail oriented
• Above average verbal and written communication skills in English and able to communicate effectively in all levels
• Excellent attendance record.
• Preferably with one year related experience
• Open to a shifting schedule
• Willing to work in UP Technohub, Quezon City
