- Provide clerical support to workplace solution such as processing of required documents
- maintain, organizes and keep records and files / documents ensuring systematic process in storing , retrieving files and disposing files.
- maintain and conduct inspection
- coodinates with clients and suppliers for inquiry or purchase materials
- consolidates and request for monthly office supplies and other materials
- provide assistance to the team performing other assignment or duties that may assigned by immediate supervisor
- act quickly and efficient on the request ensuring accuracy and quality of output
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any related bachelor's Degree or Atleast vocational degree
- willing to travel if needed
- can write business correspondence and can converse in English
- Proficient in MS office applications
- keen on details and highly organized
- time management skills ability to identify priorities
