Social Impact and Project Officer  

OPPORTUNITY

ARK, a social impact organization, wants to add a full-time Social Impact and Project Officer to be a key part of the team. This position is based in Coron, Palawan.

This role is responsible for building relationship and managing the flagship ARK Lunch program in partnership with rural communities.

THE WORK

• Build relationship and engage with ARK partner communities; help them run ARK programs, including the flagship school-based lunch program
• Get communities to identify their goals, solve issues, develop plans, and manage the day-to-day operations of the program/s
• Build relationships with the key leaders and stakeholders; get to know their personal dreams, stories, and goals;
• Go on regular weekly visits and calls with our partners; get updates and make action plans
• Audit daily records and monthly reports; track cashflow and program impact (e.g., attendance and malnutrition rates)
• Work collaboratively with the program team in fine-tuning and growing the company, including the CEO directly
• Assist in local marketing campaigns, promoting ARK, and finding new partner communities
