The Project Assistant role helps with the Capability Building Unit to provide an effective and efficient coordination and delivery of project materials and logistics. You will be responsible for a timely and efficient project execution by leading the day-to-day administrative tasks of each project assigned. As a Project Assistant, you will be expected to:
- Lead the end-to-end production of the training and workshop
- Coordinate with client counterpart for project needs
- Conduct the preliminary processing and quality control of raw data prior to the handover to the Project Manager
- Collate project data and stakeholder feedback
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project, administrative, and logistical support of projects
- Experience in using online/virtual office, learning, and collaboration tools such as Zoom, MS Office O365
- Experience in Activation and Events is an advantage
- Experience in LMS is a plus
- A strong desire to learn, adapt and significantly contribute to the growth of the company
