Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Finance Support: processing confidential correspondence; assisting with budgeting / planning, compiling data for financial planning, manage documentation and record keeping, handle routing of documents for approval
- Administrative / Office Support: maintenance of all office related documents, establish office procedures and controls, manage the budget and procurement of office supplies
- Prepare slide presentations, draft official documents and print meeting materials
- Provide support for projects under the consulting group
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
- Coordinate on all office events and activities
