Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Service Center
- Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
- Direct the daily operations of the Service Center branch
- Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the branch
- Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
- Review customer complaints and track customer complaint resolution
- Submit monthly reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's / Degree Holder - Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related courses
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of IT products
- Proven track record in customer service, effective marketing strategies and employee management
- Amenable to work at Cebu
