- Define objectives for the course and/or curriculum.
- Outline the concept for course or curriculum, defining content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches.
- Use PowerPoint and other tools to draft screen layout, graphics, and interactions appropriate to the content.
- Design quizzes/assessment and meaningful course interactions to increase learning and retention.
- Work with the subject matter expert and identify target audience’s training needs.
- Conduct instructional research and analysis that enhance the learning process.
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments.
- Assist in the development of web-based platform to facilitate and support learning activities.
- Deliver professional training.
- Write and edit newsletter articles or other publicity pieces.
- Keep up to date on learning tools, trends, and ideas.
- Explore online learning platform to make training available to employees anytime and anywhere.
- Maintain files and data and update as necessary.
- Perform other task that may be assigned by the organization.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Education, Psychology
- Experience in Learning and Development is an advantage
- 1-year of working experience in the related field
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Knowledge & application of adult learning principles
- Attention to details and high level of accuracy required
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application and Adobe Software (like photo and movie editing and product presentation)
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidential information
- Able to work effectively under pressure and minimal supervision
