Staff Virtual Patient Concierge Associate  

Job Purpose

The Patient Concierge Healthcare Virtual Assistant’s primary responsibilities are to increase patient satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service to promote growth, retention and loyalty among patients. You will work with patients by phone, email and text to support patients in various aspects. Responsibilities:

• Receive all inbound calls to close Leads wanting to receive treatments at our clinic
• Call, email, and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead
• Receive all inbound calls to answer questions – fact find and qualify lead/route to appropriate team member if needed
• Enthusiastic, persistent, friendly and professional on the phone
• Implement training material throughout calls
• Work with patients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided
• Provide excellent service to our patients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure
• Encourage happy patients to send us their success stories
• Share patient success stories during daily company meeting
• Implement our CARE system to follow-up with our patients to provide 5 star service

Work Shifts are All In Central Standard Time

Full-time = Monday - Thursday (8am -12pm, 2pm-6pm) and Friday (8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm)

Qualifications:

* You Must have worked the Graveyard shift before within the past year.

- Having experienced Acupuncture or using TCM on a consistent basis is a huge Plus

Computer and Internet Requirements (Must be Available on the 1st Day of Training):

• Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 100 Mbps
• Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet not less than 10 Mbps

• At least one Power Station Backup
• Dual Monitor
• Intel Core i3 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb RAM
• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam

• A quiet and private area suitable for work without distraction and background noise
