Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Be responsible for the development and execution of a year-round program of events that bring together our community to learn, be entertained, inspired and create valuable connections.
- Maintains our great relationships with partners, suppliers, and agencies and develop new relationships with cultural institutions for event programming and collaboration opportunities.
- Has a comprehensive knowledge of current and future trends, ensuring the events calendar is varied, innovative, original, and interesting for our community.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience with event curation, production and management
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (e.g., mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations)
- Confident and creative in suggesting new event ideas and ways of working
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong interest in the arts and creative industries
- Enthusiastic, excited and eager to learn and grow with the brand
