To ensure Acadsoc hires, retains the best employees and keep a growing pipeline of strong and capable applicants.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Recruiter will have access to confidential employee records and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• To hire potential candidates for OBT and HBT posts.
• To design and implement overall recruiting/hiring strategy.
• To conduct interviews and assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skill, experience and aptitude and match it with Acadsoc’s open position (OBT and HBT)
• To onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated into the Company's culture, Rules and Regulations, etc.
• To Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.
• To act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the candidate selection process.
• To promote Acadsoc's reputation as "The premier company to work for".

SALARY

• Starting salary would depend on your qualifications and availability

• At least 1 year recruiter experience is required
• Has experience in screening or filtering candidates based on qualifications and skills.
• Has strong command of the English language , both oral and written.
• Knowledgeable in Google and Microsoft applications.
