Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Managing Editor will directly report to the Editor-In-Chief and shall be responsible for the following tasks:

Working closely with the Editor-in-Chief in building and leading a creative, effective, cohesive, and productive editorial team.
Overseeing and coordinating editorial schedules to ensure that deadlines are met.
Managing editorial budgets.
Establishing and maintaining a network of talents, contributors, photographers, stylists, and make-up artists.
Assisting the Editor-in-Chief in checking and reviewing copies submitted by writers.

Kualifikasi Minimum

A graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's/College degree course in Mass Communication, Journalism, or any course equivalent.
With preferably 3-4 years experience in print magazine/ publishing.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Comfortable working in a team-fostered environment.
Able to multitask and organize priorities.
