Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The position is responsible for the development, audit and improvement of Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Systems in the organisation. The position also ensures compliance to safety and environmental laws, regulations, standards and policies as mandated by the various regulatory agencies of the government.
- Prepare SHE Reports for submission to regulatory agencies (DENR, DOLE, PCG, etc).
- Handles the renewal of permits under SHE, and assists other departments in securing permits with government agencies where SHE has developed an engagement.
- Facilitates SHE meetings (Safety Committee, Watch Card reviews, etc) and monitor action items to achieve SHE objectives and targets.
- Identifies hazards in the workplace, its impact to the business activities and its mitigating measures to minimise the likelihood of risk occurrence through constant engagement and collaboration with various departments.
- Develops, improves, implement and audit SHE Policy and Programs in support to the company’s objectives.
- Facilitates discussion w/ team leaders on improving output of emergency drills. Coordinates with relevant gov’t agencies like PCG and BFP to conduct joint emergency drills.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 year experience in Safety and Environmental Management in a power plant;
- Project Experience: 1 year experience handling a project
- Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences
- License Required PRC License; Preferably with PCO Training or Safety Officer
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
