Deskripsi Pekerjaan
This position is responsible for ensuring compliance to the loan covenants for all outstanding loans in the business unit. This includes management of WaterFall Accounts to ensure availability of funds,
consolidation and preparation of documents related to loans and required by Lenders. It requires direct liaising with internal department for loan covenant compliance and close coordination with AEV Treasury and Lenders as well as the related Technical Advisors, where necessary.
- Maintain monitoring of loan covenant compliance
- Preparation of cash forecast and other related reports required by the banks and lenders
- Ensure availability of required funds for operations and compliance to loan covenant requirements.
- Preparation of reports for financial covenants as required by the lenders.
- Processing of any notices and waivers for those related to operations.
- Handles documentations and compliance for any project/top-up financing activities.
- Timely preparation of transfer/withdrawal request and instructions relating to Waterfall Account.
- Prepare and process payments in a required payment modes and currencies to the banks based on complete and correct set of Accounts Payable (APV) package
- Encode completely payment transactions to Oracle System, and generate Payment Vouchers (PV), organize payment document package
- Completes regular bank reconciliation for all loan related accounts
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years work experience in Treasury
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Banking and Finance
- Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning
- Proficient in MS Application (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Knowledgeable in Bank / Financial products and services (e.g. Letter of Credits, Money Market Placements, Foreign Exchange, Loans)
- Knowledge in Cash Flow Statement Preparation
