Sales Development Representative  

A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. Their primary goal is to identify potential customers and nurture them into sales-ready opportunities.

Lead generation: Initiating contact with leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and attending industry events.

Prospecting: Conducting research to identify potential customers and companies that could benefit from the organization's products or services.

Qualification: Assessing the needs and requirements of leads to determine their potential as a sales opportunity. This involves conducting discovery calls or meetings to understand their pain points and evaluate whether the solution offered aligns with their needs.

Lead nurturing: Implementing lead nurturing strategies to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales funnel. This may involve sharing valuable content, following up on previous interactions, and scheduling follow-up meetings or demos.

Metrics tracking and reporting: Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including leads contacted, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates. Providing regular reports on key metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or any 4-year related course preferred but not required
• At least 1 year experience in indoor/outdoor sales or marketing preferred but not required
• Any licenses related to perform the responsibilities is an advantage but not required.
• Any certifications related to perform the responsibilities is an advantage but not required.
• With experience in selling Solar Panels but not required
