QC Manager  

The Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Manager (Mechanical) is responsible for managing and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements for Mechanical works including manufacturing process, inspection and test plans, material production and construction methodology to ensure safe delivery of quality product both on time and within agreed budgets in coordination with the Project Development and Execution Team for Wind and Hydro Projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Establishes quality procedures, guidelines, standards, and specifications for Mechanical works.
• Implements the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management System.
• Ensures work processes are in compliance with both national and international standards.
• Develops, reviews, implements, and manages processes to ensure compliance with required specifications and test plans for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Analyses all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
• Reviews the quality of all materials to ensure compliance with required specifications and test plans for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Ensures the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
• Ensures that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

• Professional: With at least 6 years related experience
• Leadership Experience: 3 years
• Project Experience: 3 years
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer;
• Professional Mechanical Engineer is a plus.
• Background in Renewable Energy industry is a plus.
